I ASKED THE FREEWILL CHICK: WHO IS GREATER? THE FIRST ADAM? OR… THE LAST ADAM?

WHO IS GREATER? THE FIRST ADAM? OR… THE LAST ADAM?

I’ll help you. The first Adam made sin and death universal… no one gets out of it. No one choose to be “in Adam” — It’s non-negotiable. It’s set. Sealed. No one had to “consent” to be in Adam. Adam’s sin causes all to die. Even the little ones.

But– the last Adam — does He undo all that Adam did? I say YES and you seem to say NO.

Did the first Adam “OFFER” to make you a sinner? No. There are no “offers” there. Adam sinned and “thus, death passed through into all mankind.” (says Paul)

Can we rejoice in the words THUS ALSO??

How can the First Adam’s work be without consent… but the last Adam’s work must be contingent? It doesn’t make sense.

If God does not justify all… then the equation must be like this:

Adam ruined it for all…

but Christ salvages a few. Very few.

Speaking of equations… Romans 5:15 has an INVERSE EQUATION… “NOT AS THE OFFENSE — THUS ALSO THE GRACE… OH NO… GRACE *SUPERABOUNDS*.
(This “inverse” equation shows that Christ did not do just the minimum — no — it goes beyond the minimum: Grace Superabounds”)

Romans 5:16 has another INVERSE EQUATION:

NOT AS THROUGH ONE ACT OF SINNING IS THE GRACE… IT’S OUT OF MANY OFFENSES INTO A JUST AWARD.
(Again, this inverse equation shows the sins piled on and on and on… but no matter… PRESTO: A JUST AWARD!)

But Romans 5:17 has a PERFECT EQUATION:

One act of sin equals death reigning AND —

one act of righteousness equals life reigning.

Then, in Romans 5:18 there is a RESULTING EQUATION:

ONE OFFENSE EQUALS ALL CONDEMNED.

ONE JUST ACT EQUALS ALL JUSTIFIED.

AND JUST TO MAKE SURE YOU GET THE POINT… PAUL (GOD?) REPEATS THE EQUATION IN VERSE 19: Through the disobedience of one… THE VAST AMOUNT OF WHICH WE ARE SPEAKING are condemned. And through the OBEDIENCE of one.. THE VERY SAME AMOUNT ARE CONSTITUTED JUST.

THE FIRST ADAM BROUGHT DEATH TO ALL.

THE LAST ADAM BRINGS LIFE TO ALL.

These are the words of Romans 5:15 through 19 — powerful words.

So powerful I have seen with my own eyes evangelical preachers JUMP OVER those verses AND NOT EVEN DEAL WITH THEM… from the pulpit.

AND NOW FOR YOUR ADDED ENJOYMENT… OR ANNOYANCE: LET’S HEAR THE EXACT WORDS FROM PAUL (OR SHALL WE SAY “GOD”?):

15 But not as the offense, thus also the grace. For if, by the offense of the one, the many died, much rather the grace of God and the gratuity in grace, which is of the One Man, Jesus Christ, to the many superabounds.

16 And not as through one act of sinning is the gratuity. For, indeed, the judgment is out of one into condemnation, yet the grace is out of many offenses into a just award.

17 For if, by the offense of the one, death reigns through the one, much rather, those obtaining the superabundance of grace and the gratuity of righteousness shall be reigning in life through the One, Jesus Christ.

18 Consequently, then, as it was through one offense for all mankind for condemnation, thus also it is through one just award for all mankind for life’s justifying.

19 For even as, through the disobedience of the one man, the many were constituted sinners, thus also, through the obedience of the One, the many shall be constituted just.

AMEN.
